Construction well underway for €300M Mixed-Use Opera Site Project in Limerick March, 2024

The mixed-use development, located at Opera Square in the heart of Limerick City Centre, will house a full mix of uses from offices, retail, and non-retail services, cafes, and restaurants to a hotel, civic and cultural spaces, residential units, and the refurbishment of protected Georgian buildings.

Construction Kicks Off for Glenveagh’s 237-Unit Development in Leixlip March, 2024

Construction has commenced on the first set of units of the Leixlip Demesne Large-Scale Residential Development in Co. Kildare. The project has been approved by Kildare County Council and upheld by An Bord Pleanála following an appeal in 2023.

DCC Approves Major Expansion for Clayton Hotel in Dublin 2 March, 2024

The Dalata Hotel Group has been granted planning permission by the Dublin City Council (DCC) for a major expansion at their Clayton Hotel site on Cardiff Lane. The project aims to enhance the hotel’s capacity and services.

Corballis East: Over 1,000 residential units approved in North Dublin March, 2024

Fingal County Council has approved a new large-scale residential development comprising of a whopping 1,020 units in Corballis, Donabate, with an estimated investment of €220 million. This approval replaces a prior Strategic Housing Development (SHD) application, which was approved by An Bord Pleanála in November 2022 but is now undergoing judicial review.
