Approved: 590 New Homes in Knocklyon

Construction has commenced on a major residential development on the site of former Taoiseach, Liam Cosgrave’s previous residence.

Irish developers, Ardstone Homes have planning permission to construct 590 homes on Scholarstown Road, Knocklyon, Dublin 16.

Main contractors, Walls Construction, are expected to finish works in the Summer of 2023 with a total of 30 months on site.
