If you thought Johnny Ronan had difficulty receiving planning permission for his 12-storey, Salesforce building, how will this 112-floor skyscraper be received?
Red Rock Developments have received the green light from An Bord Pleanála to build a €2.4m housing development in Glenageary, South Dublin.
The scheme known as ‘Knocknagarm Park’ will feature 16 detached, semi-detached, terraced duplex dwellings and apartments.
Situated on the grounds of Glenageary House, the original estate for Glengeary dates from the early 1800’s.
The development which occupies part of the original farmyard and retains the original granite rubble walls, creating unique characteristics in the heart of Glenageary.
Located between Dun Laoghaire and the M50 Motorway the development has access to various amenities and schools in the immediate locality.
The A rated homes and apartments will range in size from 842 sq ft for the 3-ground floor 2 bed apartments, 1,356 sq ft for 3 bed duplexes, 1,905 sq ft for 4 bed detached and semi-detached houses and 2,210 sq ft for 5 bed detached houses.
