Located behind the former Clery’s department store, the new 7-storey Moxy Hotel involved the refurbishment of the original 1970’s 4-storey office block to create a new boutique hotel.
Hilton Hotels have announced that they will be opening their latest Dublin Hampton Hotel in early 2020. Located at River House; Chancery Street, the hotel will be situated directly behind The Four Courts.
Spanning 8 floors, the latest Hampton Hotel will have 249-bedrooms along with a mezzanine, café, restaurant and guest fitness centre.
Works commenced in August 2018 which included the demolition of the former motor tax office building which has been vacant for over a decade.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau liased with John Flemming Architects to construct a series of architectural visualisation images. 3D Design Bureau produced verified view montages and architectural CGIs which were used for both planning and marketing purposes.
