T.A.S.B Investments have received planning permission to build a 162-bedroom hotel at 19 Abbey Road, Park Royal, London.
Designed by ICA architects, the part 11, part 13 storey hotel will feature a café, meeting rooms and a fitness suite.
Located south of Central Middlesex Hospital in Park Royal, the hotel will be situated in one of London’s largest business hubs.
As well as many small to mid-sized industrial firms, Park Royal is home to some large company buildings, including Diageo, McVities and Heinz.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau liaised with this project’s development team to produce architectural CGIs and verified view montages of the proposed development. The architectural visualisation images was submitted as part of the planning application to Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation.

For this project, Team 3DDB created a series of verified view montages and architectural CGIs all of which were used for marketing and planning purposes. They are based in Dublin, Ireland.
