The large development is estimated to be €241.3m in value and will provide a variety of residential units and amenities which will widen the community and enrich the Dublin 15 area.

The scheme has been set up to bring an abundance of facilities and amenities to the surrounding community. This new development has the potential to simultaneously bring relief to Dublin’s ongoing housing crisis and revive the Dublin suburb. To help secure this planning approval, developers have prepared an accompanying impact assessment report and a natural impact statement, which were submitted to ABP.
