Note: 3D Design Bureau is NOT an agent for the sale or letting of any properties within this development.
Construction continues on a Large-scale Residential Development (LRD) at Glencarrig House in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. The plans received approval from An Bord Pleanála in 2023.
3D Design Bureau collaborated closely with the design team to deliver a suite of 3D planning and marketing solutions, including verified view montages, architectural CGIs, and a BRE Daylight and Sunlight Assessment. Our involvement helped ensure high compliance rates across the scheme, contributing significantly to the project’s planning approval.
Once completed, the scheme will deliver 137 residential units, including a mix of houses and apartments with up to four bedrooms. The apartments will be housed in three blocks, reaching up to five storeys, each featuring private balconies or terraces. The 2-3 storey houses will include private back gardens.
Key amenities in the development include a crèche with an outdoor play area and around 4,380 sqm of public open space. This will feature play areas, outdoor seating, and pedestrian and cycle links, designed to enhance community living.
The scheme also includes parking solutions for both cars and bicycles, with dedicated facilities for residents and visitors, along with a bicycle storage building integrated into the crèche unit.
