The construction begins on the former Gallaher cigarette factory site on Airton Road, Tallaght, West Dublin where over of 502 apartments will be built
Construction work is currently underway with the first phase of the houses due to ready for occupation in quarter 4 of 2020.
The Sandyford site will span over 36,617sq m and the 3 buildings will range from 5 to 6 storeys.
If approved, the development, which is estimated at €24.5m by Construction Information Services, will feature 36 houses and 84 apartments in ranging from 2- to 4-storeys
The South Dublin scheme will feature 197 news houses and apartments and a creche spread over a 4.5 hectare site.
