Located in the heart of Brentwood, just two blocks north of San Vicente Boulevard, this luxury residence spans 8,600 sq. ft. and sits on an expansive 32,000 sq. ft. property. Completed in spring 2019, the home comprises six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, offering space, comfort, and sophistication.
In 2018, while the house was still under construction, Colossal Properties appointed 3D Design Bureau to create a set of marketing visuals to support their off-plan sales strategy.
After reviewing the site plans and reference materials, our team created a detailed 3D model of the entire property. With the model in place, our visualisation and post-production teams worked closely to accurately portray every element of this luxury home, highlighting its luxurious features and setting.
The result was a series of four high-quality architectural CGIs that showcase the residence and its stunning surroundings, including the forested area and private amenity spaces located at the rear of the property.
A unique aspect of this project was the creative freedom granted to our team when it came to atmosphere. This flexibility allowed us to produce a series of twilight visuals, offering different perspective on the home while allowing us to experiment with tone, mood, and lighting.
