Crann Arda
Situated on Castlecomer Road in Kilkenny, Crann Arda features 9 fully serviced sites, offering potential buyers the opportunity to develop luxurious detached homes with private gardens. Each site is fully self-contained, with ornate wrought-iron railings along the roads.
We were appointed to this project by Cognito Developments Kilkenny in the spring of 2024. Our team was tasked with producing a suite of high-quality 3D visuals to help the client showcase the future development and bridge the gap between empty construction sites and the intended architectural vision for the scheme.
The project brief required a strategic approach to demonstrate exactly what could be done in these selected ‘development sites. With three distinct house types having received planning permission, it was essential that our visuals accurately represented the scale, design, and setting of the approved luxury homes.
The original scope included the production of four architectural CGIs and a single aerial montage. The aerial view was particularly important for this scheme, as it provides a contextual overview, allowing prospective buyers to understand the site layout, the spaciousness of the private gardens, and how the detached homes sit within the existing landscape of Castlecomer Road.
Following the successful delivery of initial structural draft images, the project scope expanded. To ensure a comprehensive marketing package that left nothing to the imagination, we were requested to produce two additional CGIs.
This allowed us to showcase the full range of house types available, ensuring that every architectural nuance approved in the planning permission was visible to potential buyers. The final deliverable, a set of six high-resolution CGIs and a detailed aerial montage, serves as a powerful tool for visualising the lifestyle and luxury that will be offered at Crann Arda.
