This is a new residential development by O’Flynn Group, nestled in the area of Carrigrohane, Cork. The scheme comprises 32 homes, including 8 detached residences ranging from 2,100 to 2,800 sq. ft., and 24 semi-detached, four-bedroom homes spanning 1,400 to 1,850 sq. ft.
Following the completion of construction, we were appointed to showcase one of the detached units. Before capturing the tour, we collaborated closely with our client to ensure the home was presented exactly as they wanted, making a strong impact across websites and social media.
Our Matterport expert captured the property by creating two external 360° photographs, highlighting both the front and rear of the home, and combining them with the interior virtual tour, composed of 79 detailed scan points.

With all homes now sold, the virtual tour played an important role in securing buyers, attracting over 2,500 visits to the tour web-link, and further enhancing the O’Flynn Group’s reputation for excellence in the Irish property market.
