Swiftbanks
Swiftbanks is a new collection of 3-bedroom homes located in the growing community of Saggart, Co. Dublin. Designed by BBA Architecture, the scheme strikes a balance between local charm and urban accessibility. Each home features a contemporary design focused on energy efficiency, with spacious interiors, premium finishes, and generous ceiling heights on the ground floor to create bright, welcoming living spaces.
To support Cairn Homes in their marketing strategy following the acquisition of part of the granted scheme, 3D Design Bureau were commissioned to produce two architectural CGIs. These images were carefully planned as streetscape views, allowing prospective buyers to appreciate both the architectural character of the homes and the public infrastructure that will be available to future residents.
In addition to the marketing visuals, our team also produced alternative CGIs using different materials to aid internal decision-making. We were further engaged to carry out a high-level technical study, the details of which remain confidential, as part of the client’s internal review process.
