The latest phase of the ‘Turnstone’ residential development is underway at Barnageeragh Cove in Skerries, North County Dublin.
This phase of Turnstone will see the construction of 62 new apartments spread across 3 blocks. The apartments will comprise a mix of two- and three-bedroom units and duplexes.
The apartments will feature 30 two-bed apartments at garden level and 32 three-bed duplexes.
The 2-bedroom apartments will extend to approximately 753s sq. ft, with the 3-bedroom apartments covering 1,318 sq. ft. Residents will enjoy an array of amenities including designated parking, sea views and a 10-year guarantee scheme. Each apartment comes with ‘A’ rated BER certificates, high quality fitted kitchens, bathrooms, and in-built wardrobes.
A total of 41 car parking spaces provided at surface level to service the apartments in addition to the existing underground car park already provided on the site. The scheme will include a new landscaped area with a total area of open space 2,292m².
The 0.78 site is situated just 100m from the sea in the coastal town of Skerries along Irelands ‘ancient east coast.’
The development is designed by the renowned Fitzgerald Kavanagh & Associates Architects and is being constructed by Winsac Ltd.
With sections of Turnstone under construction, Winsac liaised with CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau to produce a series of 3D visualisations for marketing purposes. 3D Design Bureau produced an interactive off-plans 360 virtual tour, interior CGIs, and architectural CGIs which are being used to sell units off-plans.
