Torca Homes have had their plans approved to construct 59 apartments at the Lodge in Clonsilla, Dublin 15. The existing house and outbuildings currently on site will be demolished to make way for the proposed development.
The 59 residential units will be constructed in a single apartment block in a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments that will each have either balconies or terraces to provide private open space for future residents.
The 1.2 acre site will also allow for the construction of fifteen car parking spaces.
