Construction has now begun on a new 10-storey tourist hostel at the corner of Foley Street and Joyce’s Walk, Dublin 1. The scheme was initially approved in February 2024 by Dublin City Council, with an appeal against the decision later withdrawn.

Plans have been lodged for a new industrial laundry processing and distribution facility at Boyne Village Business Park in Navan, Co. Meath. The proposed development centres on a new warehouse and processing building with supporting office and staff facilities.
For this application, 3D Design Bureau delivered architectural CGIs and verified view montages, building on our previous work with the same client on nearby projects. The verified view viewpoints were supplied by another consultant on the project team, reflecting the close coordination involved in bringing the planning material together.
These visuals will help give the local authority a clearer understanding of how the proposed building will sit within its setting, supporting a more informed assessment of the scheme.
The main building is proposed as a two-storey development with an overall height of approximately 15.5 metres and a gross floor area of c. 10,514 sq m. This includes a ground floor warehouse and processing area of c. 9,000 sq m, together with a mezzanine level of c. 1,514 sq m for ancillary offices, storage and staff amenities.
The plans also include the parking and loading infrastructure needed to support the day-to-day operation of the facility, with provision for staff parking, bicycle parking, truck and van parking, and dedicated loading areas. Vehicular access to the site is proposed via Roundabout 3 at Local Distributor Road 6 and the existing and permitted estate roads at Boyne Village Business Park.
