Lioncor Developments have began construction on a major housing development on Southern Cross Road in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
Approved under fast-track planning, the scheme will consist of 208 homes made up of a mix of two-, three- and four-bed houses and apartments.
The plans include the construction of a neighbourhood centre which will be adjacent to the planned supermarket. The centre will include three retail units, a creche, and four community units including a youth services centre and a health care unit.
All of the homes will have associated private open space, balconies or terraces.
The Bray development will also feature a provision of landscaping and open play spaces.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau liaised with BKD Architects to provide both 3D planning and 3D marketing solutions. 3D Design Bureau produced both verified view montages and architectural CGIs which were submitted as part of the planning application to An Bord Pleanála.

For this project, 3D Design Bureau created a series of verified view montages and architectural CGIs. All of which were used for marketing and planning purposes. They are based in Blackrock, Dublin.
Construction work is currently underway with the first phase of the houses due to ready for occupation in quarter 4 of 2020.

This exclusive 3-unit development on Ardbrugh Road commenced construction in mid-2019, with the build expected to be finished in the Summer of 2020.
