Ravela limited have received planning permission for the construction of 450 homes in Newtown on Marsh Road & McGrath’s Lane Terrace, Drogheda.
The development which is estimated at €49m will consist of 81 houses and 369 apartments on a 9.68 hectare site.
The blocks will range from 3 to 5 storeys in the form of terraced-townhouses, terraced-duplexes and apartments.
All houses have the option for the installation of photovoltaic/solar panels on roof slopes.
The development will include a creche and also provide for supporting neighbourhood and employment uses.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau liaised with architects, PCOT Consultants to construct a series of verified view montages to produce accurate and verifiable visualisations of likely impacts to the existing environment. The images were submitted as part of the planning application.
