Torca Homes have revealed CGIs of their latest luxury residential development in Dalkey, South Dublin.
The scheme, which is estimated at €378k, will include 3 high-end, 2-bedroom homes ranging from 2 to 3 storeys.
This exclusive 3-unit development on Ardbrugh Road commenced construction in mid-2019, with the build expected to be finished in the Summer of 2020.
The terraced houses will range in size from 107sq. m to 150sq. m and are designed to a high-end, luxury standard.
Dalkey has experienced a property boom in recent years with many housing developments in plans for the seaside town. Easily accessible to Dublin city centre with rail and bus links, Dalkey has become one of South Dublin’s most sought after locations. Attracting marine and sailing enthusiasts, Dalkey has four yacht clubs and an extensive marina.
Each of the home’s interiors were custom designed by North Design and were visualised by CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau. The CGI studio produced architectural CGIs, interior CGIs and an off-plans 360 virtual tour which were used both for marketing and to inform early design decisions.

Blackrock Village Centre is undergoing a €10 million refurbishment. The completion of the scheme is scheduled for May 2020
The proposed development known as ‘Ravens Mill’ which is estimated at €28.9m, will feature a mix of two-, three- and four-bed houses on an 8.5 hectare site.
