The state-of-the-art, office development located at Airside Business Park in Swords took at total of 12 months to complete excluding an 8-week delay due to Covid-19.
Chilldale Limited have received planning permission from An Bord Pleanála under the fast-track process for the construction 130 houses in Rowlestown, Swords, North Dublin.
The approved development known as ‘Ravens Mill’ which is estimated at €28.9m, will feature a mix of two-, three- and four-bed houses on an 8.5 hectare site.
The scheme will also include the construction of a creche, public open spaces, road widening and the provision of new footpaths along Church Road and Rowlestown Drive.
Plans for Ravens Mill also include all associated site and infrastructural works, including foul and surface water drainage, landscaping, boundary treatments, roads, cycle paths and foot paths.
The approved Ravens Mill’s development located in Rowlestown, will allow potential new homeowners to reside within the countryside while also being close to Swords and Dublin Airport and less than 30 minutes’ drive to Dublin City Centre.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, liaised with Adrian Hill Architects to produce a series of architectural visualisation images. 3D Design Bureau produced architectural CGIs which were used for both marketing and planning purposes.
