Brand new in 2020, Highfield Park is a 402-bed student accommodation located at 274 North Circular Road, Dublin 7. The campus is aimed to cater for students of Trinity College and TUD’s Grangegorman Campus.
The student accommodation is brought to the market by Global Student Accommodation (GSA). GSA is the one of the largest global student accommodation companies, with a presence in over 8 countries. Highfield park is their largest scheme to date in Ireland.
GSA have been offering rooms in Highfield Park for the first academic semester of 2020 in September. The development includes a range of ensuites, studios, gatehouses, and townhouses.
Students will have access to an onsite gym and studio, study rooms, shared kitchen spaces, cinema area and even an outdoor walking trail and BBQ areas.
The scheme comprises 9 blocks (A to G) which range in height from 1 to 7 storeys with a single storey basement under Block E. All the blocks except for Block A, B and D have balconies.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau liaised with GSA to produce an off-plans 360 virtual tour, architectural CGIs, interior CGIs, aerial CGIs and commercial photography. All deliverables were used for both planning and marketing purposes.

Structural Engineers: CS Consulting: are Civil and Structural Engineering Consultants, established in January 2012, with offices based in Dublin, Limerick and London. Our Group have a proven track record in providing a top-quality engineering service throughout Ireland and UK.
Services Engineers: Murphy Belton: is a building services consultancy offering expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineering
Main Contractor: Walls Construction Limited: Established over 60 years Walls is a privately owned company and is one of Ireland’s leading building contractors.
CGI Consultants: 3D Design Bureau: are specialists in Architectural Visualisation, BIM and VR – Delivering Quality Design Planning and Marketing Solutions. For this project, 3D Design Bureau created a series architectural CGIs, interior CGIs, aerial CGIs and commercial photography and an off-plans 360 virtual tour. They are based in Dublin, Ireland.
