South Dublin County Council have granted Cairn planning permission for the third phase of the Seven Mills residential development, located in the Clonburris area of Dublin 22. This phase includes the construction of 607 apartments, a core urban area encompassing retail spaces, a creche, an office building, and an urban square.

Construction has started on the new 74-unit housing development at Mariner’s Point, located on Greenhills Road in County Wicklow. This residential project, being developed by Ardale, received planning permission from Wicklow County Council at the start of 2023.

The underway development will bring a range of two to three-storey homes to Wicklow town. These will be a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes that will be constructed as terraced, detached, and semi-detached houses.
The units at Mariner’s Point will feature private rear open spaces for each home and an additional 5 public open space areas that will cover a total of 111 sqm.
