Construction has started on the new 74-unit housing development at Mariner’s Point, located on Greenhills Road in County Wicklow. This residential project, being developed by Ardale, received planning permission from Wicklow County Council at the start of 2023.
The underway development will bring a range of two to three-storey homes to Wicklow town. These will be a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes that will be constructed as terraced, detached, and semi-detached houses.
The units at Mariner’s Point will feature private rear open spaces for each home and an additional 5 public open space areas that will cover a total of 111 sqm. By delivering high-quality much-needed homes with high-quality amenities, this scheme is expected to assist in the current housing situation in Ireland.
