Knockrabo apartments, on Dublin 14’s Mount Anville Road, Goatstown is a scheme by Maplewood Residential and is set to launch in Spring 2020.
The scheme consists of 93 one-, two- and three-bed luxury apartments spanning over 6 storeys. The development will also include a childcare facility and community/leisure amenities. Construction on the apartment scheme began in the autumn of 2017
The Knockrabo site will ultimately accommodate nearly 200 houses and apartments with 88 family homes already completed and selling through real estate agents.
The 88 A-rated houses which were completed in May 2019 are currently on the market starting from €775,000 and up to an asking price of €920,000.
Maplewood Residential, owned by Michael Whelan snr and operated by Michael Whelan jnr, purchased the 20-acre site with equity partner Broadhaven Credit Partners for over €25 million in 2016.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau liaised with architects O’Mahony Pike and Michael Whelan on the design and layout of the scheme to produce architectural CGIs, 3D walkthrough animations and interior CGIs for marketing purposes. The majority of the houses have been sold pre-build.
