The development will provide a residential mix comprising 31 one-bedroom units, 18 two-bedroom (three-person) units, 21 two-bedroom (four-person) units, and 10 three-bedroom units. Designed with modern living in mind, each home will benefit from access to private or communal open space, while landscaped areas throughout the site will enhance the sense of community and connectivity.
3D Design Bureau supported this project by producing architectural CGIs and verified view montages. These visuals were key in communicating the design intent and scale of the proposed development to the local authority, helping assess its visual impact within the surrounding environment and supporting a positive planning decision.
Supporting infrastructure will include car and bicycle parking, new pedestrian and cycle links, and high-quality public open space.
Once complete, the scheme will provide much-needed housing in one of South Dublin’s most desirable and well-connected residential areas, situated near major transport links and local amenities.
