Plans have been submitted to Westmeath County council for the construction of a proposed new residential development in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

Planning permission has been secured without any objections from third parties for the construction of a substantial new warehouse development in Co. Kildare. The approved scheme, located at Monread Road, was first lodged in December 2022.
The development will involve the demolition of existing structures to make room for two new warehouse and logistics buildings. The first structure will have a gross floor area of 5,072 sqm and a height of 14.895 meters. The second building, on the other hand, will feature a more expansive gross floor area of 12,102 sqm, with a similar height.
Both buildings will be fitted out with a range of amenities including two-story ancillary offices, roof-mounted solar panels, and ground-level air conditioning units.
As part of the overall site improvement, various infrastructure changes will be implemented. These include a new access road off Monread Road, the expansion of Monread Road itself to make room for an additional traffic lane, as well as the establishment of an expansive parking facility featuring 172 automobile spaces and 108 designated cycle spots, among other improvements.
