200 homes planned for Southern Cross Road Bray

Lioncor Developments have received the green light to construct a €45m strategic housing development on Southern Cross Road, Bray.

The scheme will consist of 208 homes with a mix of two, three and four bed houses and apartments.

Lioncor also received planning permission in March for a supermarket on the lands. An appeal made by Bray Retailers Group was subsequently withdrawn.

The plans include the construction of a neighbourhood centre which will be adjacent to the planned supermarket. The centre will include three retail units, a creche, and four community units including a youth services centre and a health care unit.

All of the homes will have associated private open space, balconies or terraces.

The Bray development will also feature a provision of landscaping and open play spaces.

CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau liaised with BKD Architects to construct a series of architectural visualisation images. 3D Design Bureau produced both verified view montages and architectural CGIs which were submitted as part of the planning application to An Bord Pleanála.
