Note: 3D Design Bureau is NOT an agent for the sale or letting of any units within this development.

An Bord Pleanála upheld South Dublin County Council’s decision to grant planning permission for a new residential development at Silveracre Bungalow, Whitechurch Road, Rathfarnham.

Working as CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau were appointed to produce high-quality 3D marketing solutions, which included Architectural CGIs and a 3D Walkthrough of the scheme.

By closely collaborating with the design team, we were able to bring our client’s vision to life. Our tailored solutions aim to provide potential buyers with a comprehensive understanding of the project, its amenities, and the lifestyle it offers, thereby enhancing our client’s marketing strategy.

Let us help you secure planning!

The approved scheme will feature 22 houses, ideally located in the heart of Rathfarnham. These new homes, available in both 4- and 5-bedroom layouts, will span 2 to 3 storeys, offering ample living space. Every residence is designed to feature private outdoor access, boasting both garden and roofed terraced areas.

To pave the way for the new housing development, extensive demolition activities will be necessary. This will include the removal of two current habitable buildings, notably Silveracre Bungalow, alongside an existing cottage and five derelict structures.

A total of 44 car parking spaces will be provided to future residents, as well as a single-storey bicycle storage area. The development has excellent access to local bus routes, providing easy connectivity to the city centre and local business districts.

These new homes will add to the flourishing community in Rathfarnham. The well-established Dublin suburb is home to a variety of sports clubs and boasts a selection of excellent primary and secondary schools.
