An Bord Pleanála has upheld Fingal County Council’s decision to grant planning permission for this estimated €9.1m apartment development located at Graymount, Dungriffin Road, Howth, Co. Dublin.
The proposed development is expected to have a positive impact on the local area, providing much-needed housing options for future residents. The project will involve the construction of 32 high-quality residential units, including one-bed, two-bed, and three-bed apartments, with a range of outdoor spaces to meet the diverse needs of future occupants.

The scheme comprises a single apartment block ranging from 2-4 storeys. Each unit will be equipped with a terrace or a balcony for private amenity space. Additionally, the development will offer a substantial outdoor open space, complete with hard and soft landscaping, as well as a play area, providing families with excellent activity space for kids. It will include a total of 41 car parking spaces, of which 16 will be at the surface and 25 in the undercroft basement. In addition to this, there will be 81 bicycle parking spaces available for residents, along with a designated visitor parking area.
Even though An Bord Pleanála (The Planning Commission/An Coimisiún Pleanála) upheld the decision to grant planning by Fingal County Council, this project is currently under Judicial Review.
