Kildare County Council has granted planning permission for a new 70-home residential development on the Naas Road in Kilcullen, Co. Kildare. The scheme will deliver much-needed housing for the area, alongside a range of on-site amenities.
3D Design Bureau supported the planning submission by producing aerial visuals, architectural CGIs and verified view montages, helping the project team present the proposal clearly to the local authority and support informed decision making.

The development will provide a mix of maisonettes and houses, including four one-bedroom maisonettes and 43 houses comprising 15 two-bedroom and 28 three-bedroom units. The remaining homes will be four-bedroom houses, with 23 units included within the overall mix.
The plans also outline landscaped open spaces, including public amenity areas such as play spaces, which will benefit future residents and their families.
The approved scheme relates to a site of approximately 1.77 ha and includes infrastructure works along the Naas Road, including a new site access and associated road and verge works, bringing the overall area of the site and roadworks to approximately 1.98 ha.
The wider plans include internal roads and footpaths, car parking, bicycle parking and dedicated bicycle and bin storage, alongside associated infrastructure across the site.

Architectural CGI for Hotels: From Planning Submission to Marketing Launch
Hotel projects need to be understood, discussed and promoted long before they are built. In that sense, they are not so different to other types of development. What tends to vary is what people need to see early on. For planning and stakeholder engagement, for example, the priority is accuracy and context, clear representation of massing, materials and how the proposal sits within its surrounding environment.
