Dwyer Nolan Developments have secured planning approval for the construction of 927 apartments in Ballyfermot, Dublin 10. Plans for the overall development will involve a large amount of demolition and the renovation of the existing structure on site.

The residential development known as Santry Place, developed by Dwyer Nolan Developments, has entered its second phase of construction. Situated on Swords Road in Dublin 9, this stage of the scheme introduces an extension featuring 48 apartments and dedicated office spaces. This complements the already completed Phase 1 of the project, which features 205 apartments. These units range from one to three bedrooms, each outfitted with access to private balconies or terraces.
Beyond just residential spaces, the proposed plans encompass retail, commercial, and community activities units. The Santry Place scheme will include a range of amenities including a cinema room, public open spaces, a co-working area, and an on-site gym, amongst others.
Moreover, the current phase of development incorporates two office units, designed to energize and benefit the local community. Nestled in a strategic location, the development boasts proximity to the Omni Park Shopping Centre and an array of grocery stores. It is well-serviced by multiple bus routes and is just a five-minute drive from Dublin’s airport.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, were involved early in the design stage to produce both 3D planning and marketing solutions. 3D Design Bureau worked closely with the development team to produce architectural CGIs, Interior CGIs, verified view montages, and a BRE Daylight and Sunlight Analysis that were submitted as part of the planning application.
