Irish developers, Dwyer Nolan Developments, have submitted plans for a large apartment development, known as ‘Santry Place,’ at the Junction of Santry Avenue & Swords Road in Santry, Dublin.
The development will initially involve the demolition of the existing Chadwicks Builder Merchants currently on site before construction can commence.
The proposed development includes 7 apartment blocks to contain the 350 apartments outlined in plans. The apartments will be one, two and three-bedroom homes that will each have access to private balcony or terrace areas.

Open space will be included in the 1.5-hectare site with sections dedicated to public open space and areas for communal open space. These spaces will be located between the 7 blocks and will also exist as roof gardens on three of the proposed blocks at Santry Place.
