143 Merrion Road
Located in the heart of Ballsbridge, Dublin, 143 Merrion Road is a 63-unit apartment development by Lioncor, designed by Urban Agency Architects. The project offers a range of configurations, including 17 one-bedroom, 34 two-bedroom, and 12 three-bedroom apartments. Many of the upper-floor units, including penthouses, boast panoramic views of Dublin Bay.
3D Design Bureau was involved in the marketing stages of this project. Initially scoped for an off-plans virtual tour, our role changed to producing a series of interior CGIs that showcased the design and finishes of the apartments with exceptional attention to detail. Additionally, we created a single exterior CGI capturing the courtyard of the development.
Our team worked closely with Lioncor and the design team, placing particular emphasis on natural light and accurate background photography. To ensure precision, our drone operator captured real photographs from the same height level as the apartments, allowing us to seamlessly integrate the scheme’s surroundings into the interior renders.
To achieve the highest level of realism, we sourced real-world textures, mood boards, and material references, ensuring an accurate visualisation of the project. This approach not only enhanced the marketing impact but also allowed for interior design refinements, saving our clients valuable time and resources.
The interior CGIs we produced are actively used in online marketing materials, brochures, and the development’s website, helping to accelerate off-plan sales and support potential buyers in their decision-making process.
