Bellevue Rise
Developed by D/RES Properties, this is a new collection of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom homes located in the heart of Delgany, Co. Wicklow. Designed with families in mind, the scheme offers a balance of city, coast, and countryside living.
Our relationship with D/RES Properties on this project began in early 2022, when we were first commissioned to produce an immersive off-plan virtual tour of the 5-bedroom unit. This deliverable was designed to act as a powerful digital marketing tool, allowing potential buyers to virtually explore the spacious layout and high-quality finishes of this house type.
Following the successful launch of the virtual tour, we were re-engaged in August 2022 to produce an external CGI of the same 5-bedroom unit. This image provided a photorealistic representation of the property’s exterior and its setting.
As construction progressed and the marketing campaign expanded, we were appointed again in 2024 to create a much broader suite of visuals. This second phase of work included two new off-plan virtual tours for the 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units, two further external CGIs and a set of three interior CGIs to showcase the key living areas and high-specification finishes.

To create the still interior CGIs efficiently, our team made use of the detailed 3D models originally built for the virtual tours. With the tours finalised, we set up new camera angles within the same models and refined the lighting and materials to produce high-quality still visuals. This approach helped maintain design consistency across all deliverables while streamlining production time and cost.
Delivered across multiple phases, the full package of photorealistic CGIs and interactive virtual tours provided D/RES Properties with a comprehensive and flexible marketing toolkit. These visuals have been instrumental in their strategy, effectively communicating the quality and living experience that Bellevue Rise offers to potential homeowners.
