This luxury home in Brentwood, California, is another residential project by Colossal Properties for which 3D Design Bureau was appointed to support marketing in the United States. Located in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area, the high-end single-family home was on the market at the time for US$4,800,000.
From the beginning, our scope of work included two exterior renderings and one interior rendering of the living room. Working from the floor plans and elevations provided by the client, our team digitally modelled the home to accurately represent the architecture, proportions, and key design features of the property.
For the interior visual, one of the main client requirements was to show the living room looking out towards the back garden. This was an important aspect of the space, as several sets of French doors open directly from the living room to the rear outdoor area, creating a strong connection between the interior and exterior of the home.
Unlike some of our more detailed interior projects, this scheme had limited interior design information available at the time of production. As a result, our team had a degree of artistic licence when developing the mood, finishes, furniture, and overall atmosphere of the visuals, while still ensuring the final images aligned with the quality and market positioning of the property.
Using the rendering technology available to us at the time, each visual went through both client review and our own internal quality control process. This ensured the final imagery met the required standard for marketing a high-value residential property in the US market.
