Haley’s Hill
This is a new residential development by Lagan Homes, situated on the Malahide Road in Kinsealy, Co. Dublin. The scheme comprises a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes, offering a blend of comfort, energy efficiency, and family living. The scheme is Ideally located beside a local supermarket and with convenient access to Portmarnock and Malahide.
To support the launch of the Haley’s Hill marketing campaign, Lagan Homes appointed 3D Design Bureau to produce a comprehensive range of 3D visual solutions. Key to this suite were two immersive off-plan virtual tours, one of a 3-bedroom semi-detached home and another of a 3-bedroom duplex unit.
As with every virtual tour we create, the goal was to deliver a realistic, high-quality tool that helps our client connect with prospective buyers early in the sales process, across both online and offline channels. By collaborating closely with the design team and working from detailed reference materials, we achieved a high level of accuracy and finish in the CGIs, a crucial aspect in high-quality 3D visuals.
For the aerial montage, our team modelled the full site in Revit and used 3ds Max for accurate camera matching, guided by data from the baseline photographic survey. Realistic materials, lighting, and context were then applied to produce a photorealistic view of the future development, helping prospective buyers understand the site’s layout and location.
To round out the marketing visuals, we also produced architectural CGIs of the scheme and a detailed interior CGI showing the kitchen-living-dining space of one of the units. Two of the external CGIs were featured at the start of the virtual tour, helping to set the tone for the experience.
