3D Design Bureau was originally appointed to support the project, part of the wider Bayly scheme developed by Cairn, by producing a series of architectural CGIs to help with its marketing campaign.
One of the early challenges of this site was its varying levels, which required careful consideration when selecting appropriate viewpoints for the visuals. By collaborating closely with the design team, we were able to align on the best angles to capture the development effectively.
Initially, two views were produced. This number was later expanded, and the final suite of CGIs is now being used across both digital and print marketing channels, including brochures and property listings.
However, the true highlight of this project was the immersive off-plan virtual tour we developed for one of the two-bedroom units. Using detailed material references provided by the client, our team recreated the apartment interior with great detail, emphasising its spacious, bright layout and quality finishes.
The view from the balcony combines real-world photography with CGI elements to present the actual perspective from that unit. The aerial shot, which opens the tour, played an equally important role, pinpointing local amenities and points of interest available around the scheme.
