Construction has commenced on an 87-unit apartment development at the site of the former Chanel College lands on Main Street, Coolock.
Irish developers, Torca Homes Ltd received planning approval from An Bord Pleanála for this residential scheme in March 2020.
The 87 apartments will be spread across 2 housing blocks that will range in height from 5 to 6 storeys. The apartments will comprise of a mix of a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units with associated private balconies/terraces.
The approved planning documents also include provisions for car parking and bicycle storage spaces.
3D Design Bureau liaised with the development team to provide 3D planning solutions for this project. We produced a series of verified view montages which were submitted as part of the planning application to An Bord Pleanála.

The Lookout, a new 94-unit rental apartment scheme, is now available in Charleville on Harbour Road, Dalkey. The estimated €23 million development offers a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, each with private open spaces, car parking, and bicycle storage.
