Construction has commenced on an 87-unit apartment development at the site of the former Chanel College lands on Main Street, Coolock.
Irish developers, Torca Homes Ltd received planning approval from An Bord Pleanála for this residential scheme in March 2020.
The 87 apartments will be spread across 2 housing blocks that will range in height from 5 to 6 storeys. The apartments will comprise of a mix of a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units with associated private balconies/terraces.
The approved planning documents also include provisions for car parking and bicycle storage spaces.
