Cairn Homes have submitted plans to An Bord Pleanála for an impressive new scheme in the southwest of Dublin. This is set to be a major addition to the area, featuring a range of residential options alongside various amenities and open spaces.

The estimated €61.4m proposed development features 280 dwellings, consisting of a mix of 128 houses and 152 apartments. The houses will be available in 2 to 5-bedroom options, while the apartments will have 1 and 2-bedroom options, as well as duplex alternatives.

All apartments will be equipped with a terrace or balcony, alongside solar panels, and green roofs. Duplex units will feature a communal open space, which offers excellent leisure options to upcoming residents. 

In addition, the development will include hard and soft landscaping, and a 518 sqm creche, that will benefit future families and professionals in the area.

With vehicular access from Athgoe Road and improved provisions for cars, pedestrians, and cyclists, the proposed development will contain 423 car parking spaces and 370 bicycle spaces.
