Cairn Homes have submitted plans to An Bord Pleanála for an impressive new scheme in the southwest of Dublin. This is set to be a major addition to the area, featuring a range of residential options alongside various amenities and open spaces.
The estimated €61.4m proposed development features 280 dwellings, consisting of a mix of 128 houses and 152 apartments. The houses will be available in 2 to 5-bedroom options, while the apartments will have 1 and 2-bedroom options, as well as duplex alternatives.
