The Dublin 4 scheme includes a four-star Maldron hotel with 140 rooms, a restaurant, bar, and meeting facilities. 57 apartments and a basement car park have also been constructed on this site.
The construction of a €41.2m Residential Development in Tinakilly, Rathnew, County Wicklow is progressing fast as construction on the next two phases is expected to begin imminently.
Initial construction on the Tinakilly scheme began in June 2021. Once complete, the scheme will bring 369 homes to the area in the form of houses and apartments and duplexes. The houses will be constructed as terraces, bungalows, and detached and semi-detached units that will range from 1 to 3-storeys in height across the scheme. The apartments and duplexes will be arranged throughout the development in 3-storey blocks. Each residential unit in this development will have access to private open space in the form of either a garden or balcony/terrace area.
In addition to the residential units, a public park will be constructed on-site complete with fitness equipment, adventure zones and pedestrian and cycle paths, providing residents with many outdoor amenities. Space for car and bicycle parking will also be provided on-site.
The overall scheme will also include the first phase of the new Rathnew Inner Relief Road. This involves constructing a 2-lane carriageway with footpaths and cycle lanes on either side. Works on surrounding interchanges and junctions will be necessary to accommodate this new development.
On the border of County Wicklow, this development is only 8 minutes from Wicklow Town providing residents with both natural surroundings and access to local amenities. The peaceful contemporary living this location offers is its unique selling point and 3D Design Bureau worked with the development team to create suitable marketing solutions for this new development.
3D Design Bureau worked closely with the development team to produce both 3D planning and 3D marketing solutions for this project. This included architectural CGIs, verified view montages, Aerial CGIs and an Off-Plans 360 Virtual Tour of the development.
