Dublin City Council has granted planning permission for the construction of a 53-unit apartment complex on Keeper Road in Drimnagh, Dublin 12. The scheme, designed by Niall D Brennan & Associates, was lodged by Teabrook Limited.
The project will involve the demolition of the existing commercial and ancillary buildings on the site.
The €13.2 million (Estimated by CIS) scheme will comprise 53 build-to-rent units and will be contained within two joined five- to six-storey blocks. It comprises 26 one-bed units and 27 two-bed units. The development will also include a 175 sq. m creche with courtyard play areas and a 90 sq. m retail unit.
The development will also include landscaped open spaces and roof gardens. A total of 15 car parking and ample cycle parking spaces are included in the plans.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, liaised with the development team to provide both 3D planning and 3D marketing solutions. 3D Design Bureau produced a total of 3 verified view montages, 1 architectural CGI, and a BRE Daylight & Sunlight Assessment which were submitted as part of the planning application to Dublin City Council.
