The developing suburb of Citywest has been subject to large residential and commercial expansion in recent years with over 950 new homes in pre-planning and construction phases.
Opus recently opened the doors to their landmark residential development in the heart of Dublin’s business and technology district in Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2.
Six Hanover Quay comprises of 120 apartments spanning over 8 storeys, as well as restaurant, gym and cafe space.
Real estate agents, Savills, have opened lettings for the 1-, 2- and 3-bed apartments which range from 568 to 1622 sq ft.
Residents will benefit from amenities including an on-site gym, 2 roof terraces located on the 7th and 8th floors and business pods, to offer flexibility of working from home which will have free WiFi services
The underground parking facilities include shared cars and bicycle storage.
The scheme which was developed and constructed by Cairn Homes PLC was sold to a company managed by real estate investment firm Carysfort Capital for €101m earlier this year.
The deal represents an average gross sales price of €800,000 for each of the apartments.
