Wardville Limited have received planning permission for the construction of 22 luxury apartments in the heart of Foxrock in South Dublin.
The 0.25 hectare site, located at Pine Avenue and Springfield Park was formerly home to part of the Loreto School grounds.
The Foxrock development is designed by award-winning architects De Blacam and Meagher. Once completed the scheme will comprise of 18 two-bedroom apartments and 4 three-bed duplexes. Each unit will have an associated balcony or garden. The scheme will be arranged in 3 blocks that will range in height from 3 to 4 storeys.
Based on its location, the scheme’s residential advisers, Hunters Estate Agents, expect the apartments and duplexes to command prices beginning at €550,000 and €650,000, respectively. With significant demand for high-end residential units in Foxrock and its immediate environs, the completed development is expected to appeal to both downsizers and professionals.
