Construction works have commenced at one of the latest residential developments coming to Greystones. Located by the sea in Greystones County Wicklow, the scheme will provide a collection of high-quality two, three and four-bedroom family homes in a very desirable location.
The new neighbourhood will bring a total of 354 residential units to the area. The 124 houses included in this scheme will be constructed as two storey homes with access to private open space. Two 5-6 storey apartment blocks will house 170 apartments and the remaining 60 units will be constructed as duplexes. Residents of this new neighbourhood will also have access to a communal open space.
Furthermore, two 2-storey commercial buildings are also on the menu; one is planned to be a community enterprise building and the other will be dedicated for office use. Both commercial and residential developments will have their own car and bicycle parking spaces. This coupled with the proximity to one of Ireland’s most well-known villages, Greystones, makes for a great place to call home.
Final works on the scheme will involve relocating the existing temporary bus parking facility on site and creating a new access point to the development via an unnamed road that leads to Shoreline Sports Park.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, were involved early in the design stage to produce 3D Marketing solutions. 3D Design Bureau worked closely with the development team on several architectural CGI options to assist with the choice of material finishes which was key to the final high spec finish of the scheme.
