Green Light: 197 Homes in Harold’s Cross

Marlet Property Group have received planning permission from An Bord Pleanála to construct 197 apartments in Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W.

The development which is estimated at €43m will feature 3 structures of 1-, 2- and 3-bed apartments ranging in 4 to 6-storey blocks.

The Harold’s Cross scheme will also include a ground floor creche and open space greens.

Marlet had previously received planning permission on the site to construct 169 apartment units but have since revised plans and received approval to extend a further storey resulting in an additional 28 apartments.
