Irish Life Assurance PLC have secured a 10-year permission for the construction of an office extension for the buildings at Ballsbridge Park in Dublin 4.
The Athlumney Residential scheme has been granted and will be the first phase of a wider master plan to develop 13.82 hectares of land just north of Kentstown Road.
The €18m scheme – located in Ballymacon, Navan, Co. Meath – will first involve the demolition of the existing agricultural structures before the construction of the new homes can begin. Albert Building Services plan to construct 41 houses and 57 apartments in total. The houses will all be three-bedroom homes except for one four-bedroom home. In addition to this, each house will have the option of either brick or render finishes to their facades. The remaining apartment units will be contained within a 4-storey apartment building and an adjoining 3-storey duplex block.
Residents will have access to communal open space within the scheme and will be provided both car and bicycle parking spaces on site. Subsequently, there will be vehicular and pedestrian access to the development will be made available via the recently completed LDR6 Road.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, were involved early in the design stage to produce 3D Planning solutions. 3D Design Bureau worked closely with the development team to produce architectural CGIs, verified view montages, and a BRE Daylight and Sunlight Analysis.
