Construction has commenced on a new mixed-use development on Glenmuck Road South, in Kilternan, Dublin 18. The approved development by Andrews Construction Ltd. encompasses 93 residential units in a mix of 2 storey houses and 3 storey apartment duplexes. Featuring 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom duplexes and a range of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses available to choose from.
Romeville Developments have submitted their plans to South Dublin County Council, for a proposed new residential development located to the east of Stoney Hill Road, Rathcoole.
