Alanna Homes have recently submitted plans to construct 1,243 homes within the townlands of Barberstown, Barnhill, Co. Dublin. The large development will involve the initial demolition of vacant industrial and agricultural buildings.
The large development is estimated to be €241.3m in value and will provide a variety of residential units and amenities which will widen the community and enrich the Dublin 15 area.

Construction is set to start soon on a significant new residential development in the southeast region of Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown. The estimated €76m Druids Glen project, promoted by Tudor Homes Limited, was granted planning permission in January 2020.

As the tallest block in the Irish Life Centre, this project, which was granted permission in March 2022, promises to significantly enhance both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the office building.

Construction is now underway on the estimated €135m Sea Gardens Housing Development in Bray. The scheme is located on land formerly used for Bray Golf Club.
