Dublin-based developer, O’Flynn Group have submitted plans to Kildare County Council for the construction of a €9.2m residential development in Caragh, Co. Kildare.

The work involved on the Blue Mall includes both internal and external alterations. Amendments will be made to the permitted extension which includes the removal of the roof structure and alterations to the façade. These changes will subsequently provide an external Mall plaza area for visitors to enjoy. Changes to the external mall seating and the landscaping as well as the provision of canopies will provide the mall with a visible and more appealing external upgrade.
Plans have been approved by Kildare County Council for the construction of a Large Residential Development (LRD) on the lands at Glencarrig House in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
Plans for this development date back to 2007 when former Taoiseach Bertie Ahern endorsed the idea of having a national science exhibit similar to the London Science Museum. The 2008 financial crisis stalled plans, but the development eventually received planning approval in 2016 and now tender applications are being sought for its construction.
Work is now underway for the warehouse development located on College Lane, Greenogue, Rathcoole in County Dublin. The upcoming warehouse will add to the area’s well-established industrial estate.
One of Dublin’s prime business districts, Ballsbridge Park, will be welcoming a new office development now Renmark Property Holdings Ltd has secured planning approval.
