The proposed development is expected to have a positive impact on the local area, providing much-needed housing options for future residents. The project will involve the construction of 32 high-quality residential units, including one-bed, two-bed, and three-bed apartments, with a range of outdoor spaces to meet the diverse needs of future occupants.
The proposed development, by Beakonshaw, features the construction of 85 new residential units, consisting of 55 apartments and 30 houses, all built over a basement/podium, which will provide car parking spaces, motorcycle, and bicycle parking spaces, in addition to associated storage areas.
This €15M proposed development promises to deliver a total of 41 houses and four one-bedroom apartments.
Construction has commenced on a new mixed-use development on Glenmuck Road South, in Kilternan, Dublin 18. The project, which has been granted planning permission by An Bord Pleanála, will feature a mix of residential and commercial units, in addition to a childcare facility and communal amenity space.
The approved development by Andrews Construction Ltd. encompasses 93 residential units in a mix of 2 storey houses and 3 storey apartment duplexes. Featuring 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom duplexes and a range of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses available to choose from.
