Construction is progressing on an 86-unit co-living scheme at the former Kiely’s Pub in the South Dublin village of Donnybrook. In 2021, An Bord Pleanála upheld Dublin City Council’s decision to grant planning permission with conditions for the development. The original planning application comprised seven storeys and was made up of 100 shared living units. 

Progress continues at the Dun Óir residential development, located at the intersection of Glenamuck Road and Enniskerry Road in Kiltiernan.

Wicklow County Council recently approved the construction of a four-storey Innovation Centre for Renewable Energy businesses in the Blue-Green Sustainable energy space, designed to foster creativity and progress in the heart of Wicklow Town.

An Bord Pleanála has granted planning with conditions to Birkley Limited to develop a new Large-scale Residential Development on Richmond Road, in the northeast of Dublin.

The mixed-use development, located at Opera Square in the heart of Limerick City Centre, will house a full mix of uses from offices, retail, and non-retail services, cafes, and restaurants to a hotel, civic and cultural spaces, residential units, and the refurbishment of protected Georgian buildings.

Construction has commenced on the first set of units of the Leixlip Demesne Large-Scale Residential Development in Co. Kildare. The project has been approved by Kildare County Council and upheld by An Bord Pleanála following an appeal in 2023.
