Irish developers, Durkan Residential, have recently submitted a planning application for the construction of 52 residential units in Dublin 7.
Plans have been submitted by Vico Later Living, for the construction of a high end development located at Mount Auburn, Killiney Hill Road, Killiney, Co.Dublin.
Work will commence this week on a new Office Development coming to Leeson Lane, Dublin 2. The development is funded by The Office of Public Works and will incorporate the historic Spruce House currently on site.
