Construction is well underway for the 38 luxury apartments coming to 105 Salthill Upper in Galway City. The development initially involves the demolition of the existing house on site which will make way for the redevelopment of the proposed site to accommodate an infill apartment complex.

Torca Homes have been granted permission to construct 59 apartments at the Lodge in Clonsilla, Dublin 15. The existing house and outbuildings currently on site will be demolished to make way for the proposed development.

The Athlumney Residential scheme has been granted and will be the first phase of a wider master plan to develop 13.82 hectares of land just north of Kentstown Road.

An Bord Pleanala have received a planning application for the construction of a 7-storey development predominantly dedicated to Student Accommodation in Galway. The proposed development would replace the 100 estimated car parking spaces currently existing on this site.

A seven-year planning permission is being sought by J. Murphy Developments Limited for the construction of a Strategic Housing Development in Swords, County Dublin.
