Power Scaffolding Supplies Limited have received planning permission from An Bord Pleanála for the construction of 328 units on Airton Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
‘Airton Plaza’, which is estimated at €72m will feature a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bed apartments arranged in two nine-storey blocks.
The Tallaght development will also feature 2 retail units, a ground floor café/restaurant and a creche.
Residents will also have access to amenities such as a resident’s lounge, dining areas, co-working spaces, games rooms, gym and communal lounges.
Airton Plaza will have a provisioned landscaped courtyard in the form of a public plaza at the corner of Airton and Belgard Road allowing pedestrian access to the Technological University Dublin Campus.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau liaised with John Flemming Architects to construct a series of 3D planning and 3D marketing solutions. 3D Design Bureau produced verified view montages, architectural CGIs and a BRE daylight analysis report of the Tallaght development which were submitted as part of the planning application and used for marketing purposes.
